- Laborer** 0--1 Year (Entry Level) Staging materials, site cleanup, assisting with tear-offs, and learning the trade.
- Journeyman** 3--5 Years Expert installation (EPDM, BUR, PVC or TPO), flashing work, and mentoring junior staff.
- Superintendent** 7 Years Project scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and managing multiple crews.
- **Laborers:** Physical stamina is a must. You should be comfortable with heights, heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs), and working in various weather conditions. A "can-do" attitude beats experience every time.
- **Journeymen:** You know your way around a roof. We need experts in TPO, PVC, EPDM and BUR applications. You must have your own basic hand tools and a valid driver's license.
- **Superintendents:** You are the bridge between the office and the field. You must highly organized and able to solve problems on the fly without losing your cool.
