Now Hiring: Cleaning Supervisor – Beaufort, South Carolina
Conway Solutions LLC is growing and looking for a dependable, motivated Cleaning Supervisor in the Beaufort, SC area to oversee our Local accounts and other nearby commercial locations as they come on board.
This is a low-entry, part-time 1099 position — perfect for someone retired or seeking extra income with flexible hours. Experience is not required — we’ll train the right person!
Job Details:
- Morning-based position: Most job sites start as early as 6:00 a.m.
- Some afternoon work may be required, depending on the account
- Average work time: 3–5 hours per day
- Paid twice a month — on the 5th and 20th
- Travel required up to 1.5 hours from Beaufort (flexibility preferred)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts
- Perform site inspections and ensure company quality standards are met
- Operate and maintain floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment
- Diagnose and resolve minor floor scrubber issues (like clogs or leaks)
- Start new accounts and train new cleaners on procedures
- Fill in for cleaners when needed and assist with coverage
- Communicate clearly and professionally with management and staff
