Overview:
This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.Qualifications:
The Clinical Lead has multiple areas of responsibility within the clinic and will provide daily clinical oversight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating referrals into and out of the clinic, maintaining schedules for multiple providers, being a resource to providers, staff, and patients, ordering supplies for local and remote clinic locations, and overseeing staffing for adequate clinical coverage.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

- Registered Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas, required
- Proof of the highest level of nursing education achieved, required
- Associate Degree in Nursing, minimum, required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
- Customer service or clinical experience, preferred
