Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for scheduling clinic patients for treatment, processing patients' demographic, insurance, and financial information, and coordinating with nursing staff and physicians to provide efficient services to clinic patients.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate, Customer Oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Basic computer skills, Ability to multitask, Ability to handle a busy and stressful environment.

- Patient Greeting & Check-In: Welcome patients warmly, verify identity and insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure all intake forms (consent, HIPAA, medical history) are completed.
- Phone & Communication Management: Answer multi-line phone system, triage calls to nurses or physicians, confirm appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Insurance Verification: Confirm patient coverage prior to appointment
- Medical Records & Compliance: Scan documents into EHR, maintain HIPAA compliance
- Surgical Coordination Support: Print daily OR schedules, prepare patient packets (instructions, consents, lab orders), and confirm arrival times.
