What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Manager Senior Behavioral Health position at Conway Regional Health System?
The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the nursing staff competency/education, unit specific PI activities, and assigned daily operations of the unit. The Nurse Manager will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. The Nurse Manager demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts.

An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.

- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas, required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required
- Professional Board Certification must be obtained within two years of hire date
- Three (3) years clinically related experience, required
- One (1) year Charge Nurse experience, required
- Basic keyboarding skills, preferred
