Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players
- Lead daily practice sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety protocols, and active participation
- Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards, including proper hydration, injury prevention, and equipment checks
- Organize and oversee competitive matches and tournaments to promote skill development and camaraderie
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and community outreach initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in beach volleyball
