Patient Care & Operations Associate
Looking for a role with variety and challenge? Conway Eye Care is seeking a highly adaptable, patient-focused team member to support multiple areas of our busy optometry practice. You may assist with Remote Vision Exams, help patients select eyewear in our Optical Gallery, answer phones, schedule appointments, or provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate is personable, flexible, and eager to learn. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and are willing to jump in wherever needed to support patients and the team. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional patient care are essential. Experience in sales and/or eye care is a plus. ABO certification is encouraged and is a pathway to higher pay rates.
Schedule: Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Office hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.
