Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company based in Hamilton, NJ, founded in 2011 on the principles of honesty, quality, and trust. We're growing and looking for an experienced Lead Service Tech who is ready to take on more responsibility, mentor others, and help drive our service team forward.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior service technicians in the field
- Provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
- Help maintain high service standards and team performance
What You Need
- 3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Leadership ability with a willingness to mentor others
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- NATE certifications are a big plus
