Pay: $25 - $45/hr spiffs & bonuses

What You'll Do:
- Develop strong working relationships with team
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC units
- Provide feedback to Service Manager on any training, inventory, or pricing issues
- Mentor junior Service Techs
What You'll Bring:
- TWO or more years' experience as an HVAC Service Tech - required
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- EPA Certification
- Ability to ascertain the root cause of a problem and find workable solutions
- Bonus points for any NATE certifications you bring with you
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
