Conway Beam Truck Group has an immediate opening for an Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team.
As a proud fourth-generation company, Conway Beam will continue to deliver on a 75-year tradition of providing the transportation industry with superior equipment and services. We are a Mack, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu commercial truck dealership and full-service leasing company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- One (1) - three (3) year's experience driving
- Driving record meets insurance requirements
- Must meet USDOT Medical Examination standards
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, 20 pounds daily
