- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding promotions, product locations, and store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and surrounding displays.
- Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by handling inquiries or issues via phone professionally.
Qualifications
