Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conveyor belt splicing and maintenance, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Perform conveyor belt splicing and maintenance.
- Welding experience
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Service, repair and installation of conveyor belting systems and various other industrial equipment
- Rigging experience helpful
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a project and team for conveyor belt splicing, repair and installation procedures
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
- 5 years of combined conveyor systems experience and industrial equipment experience

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
