Job description:

Conveyability is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth and develop long-term relationships with customers in the material handling and warehouse solutions market. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of relevant sales experience and an established book of business within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related industrial sectors.

As a Territory Manager, you will work directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and develop customized material handling and storage solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales territory focused on new business development and account growth.
  • Leverage an existing book of business while identifying and pursuing new opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, and logistics organizations.
  • Meet with customers to understand operational needs and present customized material handling solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building through closing and project handoff.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent Conveyability professionally while building long-term client relationships.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help guide product offerings and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, B2B, or material handling sales.
  • Established book of business and existing industry relationships strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation, storage systems, or conveyor solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or system layouts preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
