Denver, CO Full Time
POSTED ON 1/10/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/8/2026
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale programs across R&D and Product for a high-volume, mission-critical messaging platform serving utility companies nationwide.

This role is deeply technical and highly cross-functional. You’ll operate at the system level—driving execution across distributed architectures, cloud operations, security, QA, and product engineering—while coordinating delivery across multiple agile teams.

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead large-scale R&D and product programs spanning backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and security
  • Run Scrum of Scrums across multiple agile teams, managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risk
  • Own end-to-end execution of platform migrations, architectural changes, and major feature rollouts
  • Drive customer-facing enterprise implementations and multi-quarter delivery plans
  • Establish and evolve program management standards, operating rhythms, and delivery frameworks
  • Translate product and business objectives into executable technical roadmaps

How You’ll Operate

  • Partner closely with engineering leadership, architects, and product managers to align on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Track delivery using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs (velocity, throughput, cycle time, risk, dependencies)
  • Identify bottlenecks across development, QA, cloud ops, and security—and drive resolution with data
  • Lead executive-level technical reviews, clearly communicating status, risk, and mitigation plans
  • Mentor and grow program management talent while leading through influence across teams

Technical Environment

  • Multi-channel messaging platform (email, SMS, voice, RCS, Apple Wallet, APIs)
  • High-volume, real-time delivery systems with message queuing and event-driven architecture
  • Cloud on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP experience welcome)
  • Multi-database stack: Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MSSQL
  • CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and security-focused development practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 10 years in Technical Program Management or similar roles
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-team engineering programs in SaaS environments
  • Strong technical fluency across architecture, cloud operations, and modern development practices
  • Experience driving customer-facing migrations and enterprise implementations
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
