What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the company-wide forecast in partnership with cross-functional leaders
- Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget and prior periods)
- Report financial results to internal and external stakeholders to enhance visibility
- Support sales with deal and profitability analysis to drive high-quality revenue
- Implement and track standard SaaS KPIs against industry benchmarks
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate finance (software/SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data-driven with strong critical thinking abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator with solid research and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Quick learner who thrives in ambiguity and can juggle multiple priorities
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
