Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman at , located in Stuart, FL. The Construction Foreman will oversee construction projects, manage and coordinate crews, ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising tasks related to carpentry, heavy equipment, and civil engineering projects, and ensuring compliance with design plans. The Foreman will also communicate project progress to stakeholders and lead team training initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
Qualifications
Proficiency in construction-related skills and experience with Heavy Equipment operations
Strong aptitude for Quality Control to ensure safety standards and project accuracy
Knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering, particularly in erosion, sediment, or water management projects
Excellent Communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively
Leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams and ensure adherence to timelines
Valid driver's license and ability to commute or relocate to Stuart, FL
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
