Role Description The Lead Resinous Flooring Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sioux Falls, SD. This position is responsible for leading installation crews in the preparation and application of resinous flooring systems, including surface preparation, mixing materials, applying coatings, and ensuring proper curing. The lead installer coordinates daily project activities, reads and interprets job plans, and maintains quality and safety standards on every job site. This role also involves troubleshooting installation challenges, training team members on best practices, and communicating project status and needs to supervisors and clients. The installer is expected to maintain equipment, uphold cleanliness on job sites, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in polished concrete
Experience with resinous or epoxy flooring systems, concrete preparation, and surface finishing is strongly preferred.
Ability to lead crews, coordinate job tasks, and maintain high quality and safety standards on-site.
Comfort with using power tools, floor preparation equipment, and personal protective equipment in varying site conditions.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and commitment to meeting project timelines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Sioux Falls, SD.
Previous experience in commercial or residential flooring installation; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Pay: $26.83 - $45.00 per hour
