Day-to-day tasks include gathering and reviewing relevant project documents, collaborating with project teams and vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency through detailed calculations and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in construction project estimation and cost analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing documents and data
- Ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients
- Familiarity with construction industry software and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
