Position Summary
The Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily export transportation activities from farm locations to port while ensuring containers move efficiently and on schedule.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for trucking companies, terminals, dispatchers, and farm personnel to ensure export shipments remain on track. The position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to quickly resolve transportation and scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
The Export Logistics Coordinator also supports export documentation workflows, participates in continuous process improvement initiatives, and cross-trains within the export department to strengthen operational coverage
Preferred Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, supply chain, or dispatching.
· Experience coordinating containerized freight or transportation schedules.
· Experience communicating with trucking companies and drivers.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: $25.60 - $28.00 per hour
