We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our team immediately. This role will replace a current resource and will support multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be local (preferred) and capable of stepping in quickly to ensure continuity and delivery across initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures across multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and solutions
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development, including data pipelines, model development, and deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Ensure best practices in AI model performance, scalability, and governance
• Work closely with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience designing and deploying scalable AI solutions in production
• Strong understanding of data engineering and MLOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working across multiple enterprise-level projects
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment

Pay range and compensation package
