Convertible Solutions is hiring for a Packer at our Sedalia, MO location!

Creating innovative solutions that help our customers produce high-quality finished pieces with ease. Our mission is to save our customers time and reduce waste through innovation, honesty, and integrity.
We are looking for a dedicated Packer to join our production team and help us deliver our award-winning products to customers worldwide. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with occasional overtime, M-F 7a-3:30p schedule.
What You’ll Do
As a Packer, you are the final touchpoint before our products reach our customers. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with our press operators and shipping teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging & Palletizing: Safely package and palletize products produced in our department.
- Quality & Accuracy: Follow specific packing specifications for different products and label all boxes properly for shipment.
- Logistics: Calculate volume for finished products and layer boxes on pallets correctly to ensure safe transport.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock of boxes, bags, and packing components, communicating with purchasing when it's time to reorder.
- Warehouse Care: Keep inventory and material storage areas orderly and safe.
What You’ll Need
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable carrying boxes up and down a ladder.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with the team.
- Reliability: A good work history and general knowledge of warehouse or production environments.
