Morell Law is located in Palmyra, NY specializing in real estate, estate planning/administration, and business/corporate law. We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional.
Responsibilities and Skills (Required):
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, multi task and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication in a confidential setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Bookkeeping responsibilities: must be numbers oriented to complete monthly bank reconciliations, weekly payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing, remote bank deposits and general ledger entries
- General office duties: answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, schedule appointments, filing, data entry, write/distribute email, and correspondence such as memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Provide support to clients, vendors, Attorneys and Paralegals
- Able to take direction and learn new skills and computer software
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures as required
Experience:
- Office Administration: minimum 3 years required
- Quickbooks online: minimum 3 years required
