What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Assistant Special Education position at Converse Elementary?
Converse is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work in a Special Education classroom 29.5 hours per week. As a member of our team, you will work alongside exceptional educators to provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality as well as professionalism at all times
- Work with a team to provide support to students in both small group and one-on-one settings.
- Assist the teacher(s) with IEP accommodations for students
- Assist with supervision during transitions, recess, lunch, or other assigned duties.
