Conversation Peace Wellness is a private pay therapy practice serving Gower, Missouri and surrounding areas in person and virtually in Missouri. We’re looking for therapists who care deeply about what they do and want to be part of something meaningful. We’re growing a group practice that focuses on true wellness that includes the mind, body, relationships, and environment we live in and we’re looking for therapists to grow with us. What You’ll Do:

• Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid Missouri license in clinical social work (LCSW or LMSW) or counseling (LPC or PLPC). New graduates in the licensure clinical application process are welcome. The ability and motivation to contribute to a growing practice.
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. EMDR, play therapy, and/or ERP training or interest is a plus, but not required.
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Availability: Some early evening availability required. Weekend availability is a plus.
• Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Workspace and willingness to learn our systems and electronic health records program Jane App.
