Technical Liaison Volunteer Opportunity

Conversa Corps is seeking a Technical Liaison to serve as the bridge between our organization, our partners, and our public-facing platforms. In this role, you’ll support communication and collaboration across our network while ensuring our shared tools and resources remain accessible and reliable.

Role Summary
The Tech Liaison serves as the bridge between Conversa Corps’ internal technology team and our external partners, volunteers, and community members. This role ensures smooth partnership communication, provides support in our shared collaboration platforms, and maintains the quality of public-facing tools such as Slack and Airtable interfaces. By combining strong communication skills with attention to detail, the Tech Liaison helps organizations connect effectively, strengthens partnerships, and ensures that our shared resources remain reliable and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
External Communication & Support
- Act as a point of contact in Slack and other collaboration spaces for partner organizations and volunteers
- Represent Conversa Corps in external meetings or community calls as needed
- Help onboard new members and guide them through our tools and processes providing help when needed
Public-Facing Quality Assurance
- Regularly check public Airtable interfaces, Slack apps/channels, website pages, and shared resources to ensure accessibility and usability
- Identify broken links, automation errors, or other issues that affect public-facing systems and report them to the Technology Team
- Confirm that external-facing information is accurate, clear, and up to date
Partnership Support
- Assist in coordinating with external organizations, taking notes from meetings, and reporting updates back to the internal team
- Support collaboration by relaying feedback from external users to internal tech/ops teams
- Help maintain strong, professional relationships with volunteers, and partner groups
Time Commitment
We need someone with your skills and passion for a minimum of 10 hours a week.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proficient to Advanced knowledge of SaaS tools including Slack, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Atlassian, etc.
- Ability to represent Conversa Corps professionally in meetings and community spaces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly explain tools, processes, and updates to non-technical users
Preferred:
- Experience in community management, customer success, or partnership roles
