The Senior Manager, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing a subset of business systems used by Operations to facilitate mortgage servicing activities. This role serves as a bridge between Operations and Technology , ensuring seamless communication, effective requirement gathering, and the successful delivery of technical solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert , collaborating with business leaders to enhance system capabilities and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business operations leaders to understand systems, processes, and priorities, driving continuous improvement.
- Partner with business optimization teams to identify gaps where technology solutions can enhance mortgage servicing operations.
- Investigate and resolve production issues reported by operations leadership.
- Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage the intake process for new work requests from the operations team.
- Gather user requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into clear technical specifications for development.
- Conduct initial work sizing and collaborate with development teams to refine estimates and prioritize backlog items.
- Perform initial testing before QA validation and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test environments and scenarios.
- Oversee post-release testing to ensure solutions function as intended.
- Maintain organization and track multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Adhere to all internal compliance policies and complete required training.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as needed.
