Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Manager supporting the Data Workstream.
- Lead and support enterprise data initiatives, including data mastering, data mapping, data flow analysis, and data architecture.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to establish effective data structures, governance, rules, and standards.
- Support data preparation and integration efforts to enable AI-driven solutions and future scalability.
- Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into actionable product strategies and deliverables.
- Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and create business value.
- Manage ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Work onsite at least two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, API integrations, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience developing data rules, schemas, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Experience organizing and preparing enterprise data for AI applications and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build products, programs, or processes from the ground up.
- Strong executive presence and professionalism when engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction.
- Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Track record of driving business value, growth, or measurable outcomes.
