Job Overview:
- We are seeking experienced HVAC professionals with strong mechanical expertise to support commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, along with a solid understanding of plumbing and refrigeration systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master License
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience, preferably in commercial environments
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system maintenance
- Ability to manage and oversee mechanical operations
- In-depth understanding of state and local mechanical codes
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and related mechanical systems
- Diagnose issues across HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- Ensure all work complies with applicable state and local codes
- Oversee and support day-to-day mechanical operations
- Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
