Convergence Networks, a leading managed IT and security provider across North America, is looking for a skilled NOC Technician to join our Managed Services team.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and respond to alerts (using tools like NinjaRMM & Auvik)
- Troubleshoot server, network, and endpoint issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in IT operations, Service Desk, or NOC roles
- Experience with RMM/network monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
- Bonus: CompTIA certs, MSP experience, virtualization knowledge
