Title: Family PhysicianReports To: Site Medical DirectorLocation: TBDPay beginning at $215,000$10,000 sign-on bonus!Summary:The Family Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care across assigned clinical sites and programs. This role supports the organization’s goals for quality, productivity, compliance, education, and research through evidence-based clinical practice and collaborative teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Maintain active medical practice with assigned weekly clinical sessions.Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care with sound clinical judgment.Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with clinical policies.Demonstrate professionalism through CME participation, ethical practice, and ongoing development.Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and organizational meetings.Support teaching, mentoring, and training of medical students and residents.Exhibit initiative, reliability, and flexibility in meeting departmental goals.Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and residency program.Active NY State Medical License and current DEA registration.Board eligible or certified in Family Medicine.Current BCLS certification.Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and computer skills.Physical & Work Environment:Requires routine standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs).Typical clinical environment with moderate noise level; reasonable accommodations available.PTO:20 Vacations Days7 sick Days10 HolidaysBenefits:Medical, Vision Dental403 B Retirement PlanCME reimbursement of $1500 and 3 Days
