ORAL SURGEON
Ellenville/Kingston
Pay: $270k
Summary:
Provides outpatient oral surgery services, supports resident education, and assists the Dental Director as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive oral surgery care, including consultations, simple and complex extractions, biopsies, and management of disease and trauma.
Refer patients to appropriate dental or medical specialists when necessary.
Coordinate with medical and nursing teams to address overall patient needs.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation.
Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care with demonstrated clinical competence.
Precept and mentor dental residents.
Qualifications
D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.
NYS dental license.
Two years’ experience as a general dentist preferred.
Strong clinical, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with dental EMRs preferred.
Commitment to community health; bilingual Spanish preferred.
