Summary:
Provides comprehensive dental care to patients and supports the Dental Director in clinical and administrative functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-scope dental services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, x-ray interpretation, restorative care, prosthodontics (fixed/removable), oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and preventive education.
Assist the Dental Director with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of dental staff.
Support administrative tasks such as maintaining required records and reports (e.g., Federal 330 grant, health care plans, QI documentation).
Qualifications
D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school; NYS dental license.
Minimum two years’ general dentistry experience preferred.
Strong clinical, supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with dental EMRs preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus.
