As a Senior IT Sales professional at Converged, you will be a hunter playing a key role in driving new business and representing our suite of Managed Services and Cybersecurity offerings. You’ll work directly with decision‑makers, helping them solve real operational and security challenges through modern IT solutions.
This is an on‑site role based in Santa Barbara, CA. Candidates must be able to work locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across commercial, financial, government, education, non‑profit, and medical sectors
- Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client needs
- Present and position Managed Services, Cybersecurity offerings, and related IT products
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Managed Services and Cybersecurity solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of B2B technology environments and decision‑making processes
- Experience selling into SMB, government, education, non‑profit, or medical markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Santa Barbara, CA
