About the RoleAt Converge Marketing, the Paid Media Specialist (Search, Social, Programmatic) plays a critical role in driving client success through expertly executed paid media strategies. This is a hands-on position requiring deep technical expertise across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance optimization.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has recent, proven experience activating, setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.Core Responsibilities· Plan, activate and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.· Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, keyword research, bid strategies, pacing, and budget management to maximize ROI.· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.· Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.· Collaborate with account, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated strategies and exceptional client service.· Support new business efforts with channel expertise, media planning, and pitching when required.Qualifications· MUST HAVE recent, hands-on experience activating and optimizing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.· Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing.· Proficiency in major platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, additional social buying platforms, additional search buying platforms, and leading programmatic buying tools i.e. The Trade Desk or others.· Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and conversion tracking.· Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.· Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic platforms are a plus.MUST HAVE Qualifications· Recent hands-on experience activating and optimizing campaigns across ALL 3 channels: Search, Social, and Programmatic· Strong lead generation and performance marketing skills.· Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, plus other social, search, and programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk.· Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio; experienced in conversion tracking.· Clear communicator able to juggle multiple projects quickly.· Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic certifications preferred.· Authorization to work in the USA.Recommended Experience· 3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in Search, Social, and Programmatic campaign management.· Agency experience strongly preferred.· Home Services, Healthcare, and Insurance industry experience a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
