We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated Application Analyst to support our enterprise suite of clinical, financial, and operational applications. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Application Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the systems that support our clinical and operational teams are managed and maintained at peak efficiency. This individual will serve as the lead analyst for all enterprise system interfaces and integrations and will be responsible for ensuring our customer support metrics are consistently met.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has outstanding communication skills, and brings strong experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and healthcare technology integration, including interface protocols. We're looking for someone eager to contribute to a collaborative team and help drive continuous improvement across our systems.

As an Application Analyst, you will directly contribute to the success of our clinical and operational teams by ensuring our enterprise systems are reliable, integrated, and effectively supported. In this role, you will:
- Support and Optimize EMR Systems: Leverage your experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to maintain, support, and enhance system functionality, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across clinical workflows.
- Resolve Interface and Integration Challenges: Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve interface and interoperability issues between EMRs and other clinical, operational, and financial systems.
- Collaborate on Support Strategies: Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to design and implement effective support policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Maintain Systems and Documentation: Utilize system management tools to oversee operational deliverables, maintain detailed and up-to-date system documentation, and support process automation efforts.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; minimum of 3 years supporting clinical applications in an enterprise environment.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with Electronic Medical Records systems in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all aspects of clinical application support and documentation.
- Communication & critical thinking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong critical thinking to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- Technical requirements & implementation: Ability to define technical requirements, develop project plans, and implement solutions based on business needs and specifications.
- Business analysis & translation: Proficient in interpreting and transforming business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
- Project management & prioritization: Capable of managing projects under tight deadlines while balancing multiple and competing priorities effectively.
- Project planning & execution: Skilled in designing, organizing, and executing project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Travel requirements: Ability to travel to ConvenientMD clinics and facilities across MA, NH, and ME, as well as to additional locations in other states, as needed.
