Position Overview
In this role, you’ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems—while also mentoring junior techs and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
- Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
- Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Leadership experience or mentoring mindset is a big plus
- Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus
- NATE Certification a PLUS!
***MUST BE WILLING TO WORK TUES-SAT 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM or 11-8PM***
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
