OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Level-1 Duties include operational checkout and calibration of provided controller applications and hardware, reading project documentation, and mechanical blueprints.
Level-2 Duties include operational checkout and calibration of provided controller applications and hardware, functional testing of provided software applications, assisting/mentoring team members of a lower level, reading project documentation, and mechanical blueprints.
Level-3 Duties include operational checkout and calibration of provided controller applications and hardware, functional testing of provided software applications, integration support, BAS global logic, assisting/mentoring team members of a lower level reading project documentation, and mechanical blueprints.
Level-4 Duties include operational checkout and calibration of provided controller applications and hardware, functional testing of provided software applications, integration support, BAS global logic, development of site-specific Graphical User Interface, assisting/mentoring team members of a lower level, reading project documentation, and mechanical blueprints.

The position will require travel to job sites as dispatched and work outside of the office. She/he will use a company provided computer and various communication equipment frequently. Hours of work are consistent with normal working hours, with some flexible scheduling required as requested by the customer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required. Candidates with computer science or computer engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Must possess documented experience/training on various systems and controls. Experience with HVAC equipment repair/maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 2-4 and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level-1. Must be able to work without constant supervision, make reliable decisions, have good judgment, and have knowledge of safety procedures. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Good interpersonal skills required with strong communication and organization skills. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
