Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Controls at customer facilities
- Service and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contracts
- Inform management and customer(s) of job progress and issues
- Research and learn various controls systems as instructed
- Occasionally working with third-party contractors to accomplish a common goal
- Adhere to all active company safety policies
- Complete timecards and trip reports in a timely manner utilizing company software
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 years' work experience in the building automation, mechanical industry or relevant work experience
- Knowledge in building automation systems
- Experience working with LON, BACnet and Modbus Communications
- Knowledgeable with sequence of operations for boilers, chillers, air-handling units, electrical equipment, motors, and other HVAC equipment
- Experience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Distech, Siemens, Andover, Delta, or Schneider
- In addition, must have solid organizational and communication skills along with strong demonstration and presentation capabilities. Good computer skills with Microsoft

Salary : $35 - $55
