Control Service Center, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Service Technician/Installer with experience in residential and light commercial. The vast majority of our portfolio is commercial office and retail buildings. However we also contract with a local housing authority and service several residential units in the Boulder area. As a company, we deal directly with the management company for these residence and therefore do not interact with tenants or homeowners. This keeps our after hours calls at a minimum. The ideal candidate would have experience in servicing, repairing and replacing mini-splits, furnaces, packaged rooftop units and boilers.
If you have experience in residential but do not like the upsell mentality or hours of the residential industry this could be a great opportunity for you.
