Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday 5am-3pm

What You'll Do
- Perform visual inspections on machined and assembled components.
- Identify, document, and contain nonconforming product.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Communicate quality requirements and inspection findings with production personnel.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure tools remain clean and in proper working order.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months of quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic computer skills (email, documentation, accessing work instructions).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent visual inspection skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience inspecting precision machined components.
- Knowledge of first article or in-process inspections.
- Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
