Your Role and Impact:
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the critical link between our Engineering team, customers, suppliers, and internal operations. You'll manage the complete order lifecycle - from converting approved quotations into sales orders through final shipment documentation - ensuring every detail is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Your precision and organizational skills directly support EPD's commitment to quality and on-time delivery for customers who depend on our systems for critical operations.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the Engineering team to process approved customer quotations through IFS ERP, converting accepted quotes into sales orders and supporting documentation
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with approved quotations, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to order entry
Create and manage customer sales orders, supplier purchase orders, and internal shop orders in IFS throughout the complete order lifecycle
Prepare purchase requisitions and supplier purchase orders for buyout components, services, and software, ensuring pricing, delivery dates, and terms align with project requirements
Track supplier and internal orders to ensure on-time delivery, proactively coordinating with Engineering, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve schedule or material issues
Finalize shop orders and order documentation in IFS prior to shipment, ensuring all operational and financial details are complete and accurate
Ensure order data provided to Accounting for customer invoicing and supplier payment is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Maintain accurate order, delivery, and shipment records within IFS to support reporting, auditability, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
Experience with ERP systems (IFS experience highly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience in order management, sales coordination, or operations support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving mindset with ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies
Understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred)
