Base Salary range for this role is $85K-$110K, with sales bonus potential

What You'll Do
- Apply your vibration analytics expertise to educate clients on the critical importance of predictive maintenance programs
- Visit client facilities to assess rotating equipment, demonstrate proper maintenance practices, and recommend optimal balancing and alignment solutions
- Analyze vibration data to provide insights on equipment health, predict potential failures, and engage clients in lifecycle planning discussions
- Become the go-to expert in our comprehensive Reliability portfolio including Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis, Lubrication, Ultrasonic Testing, and Infrared Thermography
- Collaborate with strategic account teams to develop and execute reliability strategies that improve customer business outcomes
- Navigate large industrial facilities with enthusiasm, identifying opportunities to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions that resonate with client decision-makers
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Real-world Vibration Analytics/Analysis experience OR Certification in Vibration Analysis strongly preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience focused on mechanical products
- Knowledge of industries we serve (Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemical, Power Generation strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding written and interpersonal abilities for client-facing interactions
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to local client sites
- CRM experience strongly preferred
