Key Responsibilities
- Learn from deep, hands-on exposure to business acquisition, operational optimization, and scalable growth strategies
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with qualified leads
- Understand each client's goals, financial readiness, and desired outcomes
- Recommend the appropriate Contrarian Thinking program, event, or membership
- Own the full sales cycle—from consultation to enrollment—with a focus on integrity and education
- Track performance, pipeline, and feedback to continuously improve conversion rates
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimize messaging and lead flow
- 3–5 years in consultative sales (education, coaching, SaaS, or financial services preferred)
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals in a relationship-driven environment
- Strong ability to listen, empathize, and tailor solutions to client goals
- High emotional intelligence and professional communication
- Excitement for entrepreneurship, personal finance, and helping others take bold steps
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you're comfortable in ambiguity and move fast
