• Must be within a 50-mile radius• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite required• Contract-to-hire• Scope includes conceptual design through detailed design• 5 years Revit required (primary tool)• 7 years drafting/design preferred• Responsible for complete, accurate, coordinated drawing sets• Full ownership of quality, schedule, and delivery• Must be able to lead small teams (3–12 designers)• Manage workload, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines• Global coordination experience is a plus• Strong accountability and ownership expected• Tools used: Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks• Sketching and 3D modeling part of workflow• Familiarity with Bluebeam/Navisworks helps with quick ramp-up
