The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors,answering calls, managing appointments, and supporting daily office operations.
As the first point of contact, this role ensures a professional and welcoming environment while coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential to support our fast-paced office and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Screen calls and distribute them to the correct department
- Manage multiple calls efficiently during busy periods
- Assist with data entry, document revisions, or email correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) abilities are required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and computer software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
