Hiring: IT Support – Full-Time (Onsite) – Hudson, FL
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on IT professional to support our office systems, websites, and online training platforms.
This is an active role, we need someone who can identify issues, resolve them, and follow through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company websites (.com / .net platforms)
- Troubleshoot login, email, and system access issues
- Support online course systems (Moodle experience preferred)
- Resolve certificate generation and email delivery issues
- Assist with Zoom/webinar setup and technical support
- Support and maintain VOIP phone systems (required)
- Provide day-to-day IT support for staff
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills with consistent follow-through
- Clear communication (not just “it’s fixed”)
- Experience with websites, hosting, email systems, and VOIP required
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Pay: $18–$25/hr (based on experience; higher for candidates who can take ownership)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours guaranteed; required schedule)
Location: Onsite – Hudson, FL
We are willing to pay more for someone who takes ownership and consistently resolves issues without supervision.
