Multi-Family Facility - Renovation Construction Superintendent

The company provides all types of maintenance and repair, including painting, roofing, carpentry, siding, and fire restoration. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent, to be based in Cincinnati, OH. Purpose: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned construction projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Construction Superintendent will maintain a high-level standard of safety and quality for all projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 10 Certificate required or willingness to obtain within first 90 days in position
• OSHA 30 Certificate preferred
• Previous experience in carpentry, roofing, painting, siding or other relevant construction experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to accurately interpret the scope, specifications (including blueprints) and timeliness of customer plans, while obtaining the desired level of profit to the company
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the project site in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
