Duties
- Payables entry and bill pay
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative tasks, ensuring all information is computerized for easy access.
- Maintain an organized office environment that promotes productivity and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
