Project Clerk

Contractor Service and Fabrication Inc is seeking a Project Clerk to join our team.

Tentative Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duration - 8 months

Duties and Functions:

• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
• On-site time keeping daily.
• Attend project meetings, keep notes and furnish report of meeting.
• Dispense & track PPE for new hires.
• Coordinate with Safety and HR for new hire orientations.
• Assist project managers and supervisors with clerical assistance when needed.
• Perform errands for on-site administration that are work related.
• General office duties such as answering phone, operating office equipment, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
• Familiarity with software such as ComputerEase, ProCore or other ERP systems. 

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 

• Ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Team-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties. English proficiency is required due to operational and safety communication needs.

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
