IT Support / Technical Support Specialist (ON-SITE – Myrtle Beach)
Pay: $39,500 – $52,000 per year (based on actual ability, not titles, degrees or certifications)

What This Job Actually Is
This is a hands-on technical support role supporting real corporate users, real networks, and real infrastructure.
You will:
- Support corporate desktop and laptop users
- Troubleshoot business networks
- Support and maintain guest Wi-Fi environments built on UniFi
- Assist with commercial camera systems (troubleshooting, maintenance, validation—not babysitting screens)
- Work directly in hotels, condos, offices, and commercial properties
This is not a helpdesk script-reading role.
This is not an entry-level “watch and learn” position.
This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision.

REQUIRED Technical Experience (Not Optional)
- 2 years supporting Windows desktops and laptops in a business environment
- Strong working knowledge of:
- DNS
- DHCP
- VPNs
- Ability to troubleshoot:
- Software issues
- Hardware failures
- Network connectivity problems
- Experience with:
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- MacOS
- IOS
- Android
- Windows Domain administration:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Comfort working in UniFi-based network environments
- Willingness to learn and support commercial camera systems
